Research
We develop financial research products (Alliance Bernstein), surveys, and unique custom made research platforms that can serve as unique sources of intelligence for your firm. We have a very deep commitment into applying sound research methodologies grounded in strong theoretical underpinnings of economic theory. We also take a strong regulatory and compliance approach to our systems research due to our training in policy, economics and law. However, our experience working with technology companies since 2013 pushes us to leverage technology and graphic design to the fullest extent possible; both to reduce costs but also to present research in ways that are easy to understand. Asset Management
Our firm was founded as a distressed investment real estate firm. This has provided an important economic engine to our business and the basis of the value we have created and continue to create overtime. We are passionate about real estate and will continue to grow this part of our business. For this reason, we have partnered with developers in the US to build a new product line providing an equity gap for Multifamily Class A product in the US and hospitality product in Puerto Rico. As part of this product platform, we seek to expand this business focusing on the following services:
